Orders & Shipping
Yes. We ship to addresses across India, and shipping is free.
Yes. You can choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.
Orders are handed over to the courier within 7–10 days of the order and payment, or by the delivery date agreed at order confirmation. Delivery after dispatch depends on the courier.
Use the Track Order link in the main menu and enter your tracking number.
Returns & Damages
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Email info@bombayoptical.com with your order number and the reason. The product must be unused, with its price tag, invoice and original packing intact. Read the full returns policy.
Email info@bombayoptical.com within 7 days of receiving it. If you tell us after 7 days, we will repair the product as per the product warranty.
Frames & Lenses
Every frame is labelled Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large based on its total frame width: Small is up to 133 mm, Medium 134–137 mm, Large 138–141 mm and Extra Large 142 mm and above. Compare with a pair you already own, or see our guide on choosing frames for your face shape.
We offer single vision, progressive, blue-cut, photochromic and colored lenses. See all options in the Lenses collection.
Blue-cut lenses filter part of the blue light from screens. Photochromic lenses darken in sunlight and clear up indoors. Our blue-cut vs photochromic guide explains which one suits you.
