Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (two to five business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (one to three business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (two to three business days).

Shipping

We are currently shipping in India. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders over Rs.499. For orders under Rs.499, we charge a flat rate of Rs.49 for shipping. only.

Cash on delivery charge is flat Rs.120
